How it works

Don't throw it away. Refill it.

Refill your brake cleaner cans in your own workshop. We provide the refill station, the cans and the brake cleaner supply, with no station purchase and no upfront cost.

This page covers everything worth knowing about daily use, what your workshop needs and safety.

One refill, four steps

Removing the spray nozzle from the can with the nozzle remover
The mechanic places the can in the refill station
Turning the fill knob, the refill station fills the can
Putting the spray nozzle back on, then spraying the brake disc
If only the spray has weakened. Sometimes there is still brake cleaner in the can, but the pressure has dropped. In that case the "air only" function restores the pressure without adding liquid, and the mechanic can carry on working.

RSB-P300 can

The same spray. The same can. Hundreds of times.

The refill station fills the RSB-P300 aluminium can with 300 ml of brake cleaner. The pressure comes from compressed air instead of propellant gas: the station fills the can to 10 bar, which gives a strong spray.

One can withstands several hundred refills. At the start we provide 6 cans free of charge. If you need more, or one gets lost, you can order replacement cans at HUF 690 + VAT each.

RESPRAY™ Professional

Effective brake cleaner

RESPRAY™ Professional brake cleaner is highly effective. We deliver it in 25-litre canisters. The canister connects directly to the refill station. When the canister runs empty, the station stops by itself and signals that it needs changing.

Order online via the link we give you. The link opens the order form, and it takes a few clicks. Delivery is free and usually takes 2–3 working days. The courier collects the empty canister on the next delivery.

Simple commissioning

The refill station only needs to be connected to your workshop's compressed air supply. It needs no electricity. We commission it wherever suits your workshop best: in the stores or next to the work bays. It fits in a small space.

Commissioning. Our colleague commissions the station and connects it to the compressed air supply in about 30 minutes, while your mechanics carry on working. We show the mechanics on site how to use it and how to change the canister. Commissioning and training are free of charge.

Installation. We install the refill station anywhere in Hungary.

The brake cleaner is just as flammable as it is in a conventional aerosol can. The usual rules apply to storing and using it, and health and safety regulations apply in the same way.

The station is our responsibility

If there is a problem with the refill station, report it online via the link we give you or by phone. If needed, we provide a replacement station. Servicing is part of the plan.

We cover the repair of faults that arise from normal use. Damage caused by misuse is the partner's responsibility, as with any other workshop equipment.

No more piles of empty aerosol cans

A disposable brake cleaner spray can is single-use: it runs empty and goes into the bin as hazardous waste. Your mechanic refills the RESPRAY™ can hundreds of times, and the courier collects the empty 25-litre canister. This means the brake cleaner leaves practically no can or canister waste behind.

Your customers can see this too: every partner receives a personalised sustainability partner certificate.
